The Gang of Eight’s 844-page immigration reform legislation makes it easier for asylum seekers to come to America. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, the Boston Marathon bomber suspect, who was apprehended last Friday, after he was found wounded in a boat in Watertown, Boston, after the Boston Marathon bombings that killed three people and injured nearly 200 others, came to America legally by claiming asylum with his father.

We’ll be discussing the Gang of Eight’s so-called immigration reform and Sen. Marco Rubio.

Sen. Rubio, taking a page from Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), also claims currently there is a defacto-amnesty which is why America needs a pathway to citizenship. The truth is there is a defacto-amnesty—thanks to President Obama’s policies which is why Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) agents have filed a lawsuit against Department of Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano and ICE Director John Morton, who are preventing them from upholding the law and doing their jobs—because of President Obama’s defacto-amnesty policies. Why isn’t Sen. Rubio helping the good ICE agents instead of making their lives worse?

Does it concern you that criminal enterprises are spawned by America’s broken, backlogged immigration agency, the USCIS, like the phony marriage rackets, fake school sponsors for student visas, and corrupt visa “consultants” who sometimes serve as the middle man to take bribes and give them to federal officials in exchange for status?

The question that must be asked right now is whether or not those who support a path to citizenship for illegal aliens are racists, vote-grabbers or clueless because they are discriminating against LEGAL immigrants.

According to a draft of a White House immigration proposal obtained by USA TODAY, leaked over the weekend, the Obama administration “would allow illegal immigrants to become legal permanent residents within eight years.” Within eight years? That is not the back of the line.

The National ICE Council representing approximately 7,000 ICE agents, officers and employees is calling on the public to take action to stop the Obama Administration’s backdoor secret policies “to win votes at the expense of sound and responsible law enforcement policy.”

Since I first began reporting on the crime and corruption at America’s immigration agencies, where federal officials were found to be taking bribes, be it for cash, sex, gifts, or jewelry in exchange for legal documents, the criminal activity continues.

First, I must confess, I was embarrassed for Mayor Bloomberg during his immigration reform launch that ignited speculation he would run for President because he was promoting his idea as though it were a brilliant solution when it already exists and is a failure because of a government agency. I incorrectly assumed the Mayor wasn’t aware of the EB-5 category.

Playing politics with immigration prevails regardless of the realities on the ground.
