One of the objectives of Civil RICO, for example, is to turn victims into prosecutors, “private attorneys general,” dedicated to eliminating racketeering activity. That’s you! Remember racketeering— is the act of engaging in criminal activity as a structured group. The structured group is now government agencies.

As Del. Robert L. Flanagan, the House GOP whip of the Maryland House of Delegates, said at the time, it was inappropriate and potentially “dangerous” for legislators to tell prosecutors whom to investigate. He accused the Democrats of moving towards a “police state.” He was right and because the political judicial system failed to preserve the rule of law then, the corruption continues, unabated and more innocent Americans are caught in the crossfire. That’s right, civil servants and media sycophants. You could be next.

The bottom line is this. You can’t get justice within the political system in America anymore because the politicians own it. What stopped the mob? The Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). What will stop the Obama administration? RICO.
